The Touriseum makes an ideal excursion for school classes of all ages. For the younger visitors, there are enough entertaining and playful elements, while for older pupils, the ironic and deeper treatment of regional history is particularly interesting. As effective preparation for a successful museum visit, an examination of our cleverly designed teaching materials is recommended.
We would like to point out that the museum exhibition rooms are so attractively organised that a conventional guided tour is not necessary. As only a limited number of school classes can be accommodated each day, 14 days notice of a visit is required (0473 270172 – reception@touriseum.it). The price for school classes who have notified us in advance is Euro 2,50 per person.
In view of the fragility of some exhibits and the South Tyrol game, school classes must be supervised by teaching staff. There is a restaurant next to the castle and a picnic area in the gardens.
