Aron Demetz

Throughout the museum, the visitor will encounter life-size wooden figures by the sculptor Aron Demetz (born in South Tyrol in 1972). He is famous for his sculptures well beyond the limits of South Tyrol (exhibitions in Germany, Belgium, Italy and the USA).

The monograph "Iniziazione. aron demetz ex Chiesa di s. Filippo Neri, via Giulia 134/bis, Roma", published in 2004, gives an insight into the artist's work, and contains an essay by the famous art critic Vittorio Sgarbi.
